Moscow Exchange, Russia’s largest securities exchange, plans to offer cryptocurrency trading starting December 1, with testing already underway with professional market participants. Unqualified investors will have access to a limited group of major crypto assets including Bitcoin, Ethereum and USDT, subject to an annual investment cap through each intermediary. Qualified investors will have broader access without the same amount limits.
