Evernorth Holdings has filed to raise up to $80.7 million through a committed equity facility with Cantor Fitzgerald. The company said it could sell 5,218,935 Class A shares to CF Principal Investments LLC for approximately $80 million in gross proceeds, based on its October 22, 2026 closing share price. Some of the funds would be used to buy more XRP and develop products within the XRP ecosystem, while the company already holds around 473 million XRP in its treasury. Following its Nasdaq debut under the ticker XRPN, Evernorth partnered with Ripple, Kraken, Coinbase and BitGo to deploy its XRP holdings through institutional strategies beginning in the fourth quarter of 2026. It also plans to explore opportunities within the XRP Ledger, particularly as lending and on-chain credit markets develop.
