Microsoft, Amazon, and Google add $1.5T in market cap in a single week

Microsoft, Amazon and Alphabet (Google’s parent company) collectively added nearly $1.5 trillion in market capitalization in a single trading week. The combined valuation of these three companies reaches approximately $9.6 trillion, surpassing the GDP of every country in the world except the United States and China. Alphabet now stands at roughly $4.3 trillion, Microsoft around $2.8 trillion, and Amazon near $2.5 trillion. The four largest hyperscalers, including Meta, have guided for a combined $725 billion in capital expenditures for 2026, representing a 77% increase compared to the prior year.
