Meta Platforms has launched Muse for Small Business, a version of its AI agent designed to help entrepreneurs automate everyday tasks from customer communication to cash flow management and website creation. The move leverages Meta’s existing network of 200 million small business owners on Facebook and Instagram. Jefferies analysts estimate that reaching 1 billion users by end of 2027, converting 3% to paid subscribers at $30 per month, could generate $10.8 billion in annualized subscription revenue. Muse for Small Business integrates with existing tools like Zoom, QuickBooks, and Slack, avoiding the need for business owners to adopt an entirely new ecosystem. Meta shares have surged 26% in September as investors grow more optimistic about the company’s AI monetization strategy.
