Lyte raises $165M, triples valuation to $1.6B in funding round

Robotics and artificial intelligence startup Lyte has raised $165 million in a funding round that values the company at $1.6 billion, roughly triple its previous valuation. Based in Mountain View, California and founded in 2021 by former Apple engineers who worked on Face ID technology, the company has now raised a total of $272 million. Its flagship product, LyteVision, a perception system for robotics and AI, won the Best of Innovation Award at CES 2026 in the robotics category. The round was co-led by Maverick Silicon with participation from Fidelity Management & Research, Atreides Management, Key1 Capital, and Ora Global.
