LIAN Group, a Luxembourg-based developer of AI and computing infrastructure, is exploring an IPO that could raise approximately $500 million. The company is working with STJ Advisors to select banks for the operation, with a potential listing as early as 2027, in Europe or the United States. The company was co-founded by Fiorenzo Manganiello and Nessim-Sariel Gaon between 2017 and 2019, and has invested hundreds of millions of dollars in technology and infrastructure projects. Its flagship asset is PolarDC, a Norwegian data center platform launched in September 2024, in which H.I.G. Capital acquired a majority stake in 2024. LIAN also owns Anan, an Israeli data center platform. No revenue or earnings figures have been publicly disclosed.
