Ledger is investigating reported losses among Southeast Asian customers who bought devices from reseller CryptoBilis. The company has asked the reseller to pause all sales and shipments of Ledger devices. Users who purchased from CryptoBilis in the past 90 days are advised not to set up their device, while those who already have should transfer their funds to a new device with a fresh seed phrase. Onchain investigator Specter traced over $86 million in suspected thefts across Ethereum, Tron and Bitcoin, a figure Ledger has not yet confirmed.
