Payward, Kraken’s parent company, plans to offer U.S. clients perpetual futures contracts traded on the Hyperliquid blockchain. Access would be restricted to accounts approved by NinjaTrader and included on both NinjaTrader’s and Bitnomial’s allowlists. Bitnomial would serve as the CFTC-regulated exchange and clearinghouse, while NinjaTrader Clearing would handle customer accounts as a CFTC-registered futures commission merchant. The markets would run on Hyperliquid’s public blockchain with independent order books and margining for each venue. The proposal remains subject to regulatory approval, with Bitnomial Exchange rules governing any listed perpetual futures contracts.
