Kraken’s parent company Payward has acquired Magic Labs’ embedded wallet business. Magic Labs is rebranding as Newton Labs and will focus on onchain finance infrastructure. This acquisition allows Payward to strengthen its integrated wallet offering for its cryptocurrency exchange platform.
