Kalshi allows clients of its regulated U.S. futures broker to borrow against digital assets held by BitGo and use the proceeds to fund positions on perpetual futures. The loans, issued by Kalshi Katalyst, will be secured by collateral held at BitGo Bank & Trust, including bitcoin, ethereum and stablecoins deemed compliant with the GENIUS Act. Separately, Webull plans to offer perpetual futures through Kalshi starting in November to eligible American customers, with wider access expected before the end of the year. The expansion follows the launch of the first U.S.-regulated bitcoin perpetual contract and comes amid growing legal challenges to prediction markets.
