Hyperscale Data has ended all bitcoin mining operations at its Michigan facility as it pivots to artificial intelligence infrastructure. The company’s bitcoin holdings have fallen from approximately 1,006 BTC in late July to 215 BTC, representing a 79% decline, as it sells assets to fund the AI buildout. A California-based neocloud provider has signed a 10-year contract for 20 MW of AI computing capacity with potential extensions generating over $1.2 billion in revenue over 20 years, with an additional 32 MW option that could lift total revenue above $3 billion. Hyperscale Data shares closed at $0.1984 on Wednesday, down 17%, marking a split-adjusted record low following a one-for-five reverse stock split.
