Accelevation, AI Data Center Infrastructure Supplier, Prepares Nasdaq Listing

Accelevation, a US-based data center infrastructure provider, filed for a Nasdaq IPO on September 2, backed by major investment banks including Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs, Barclays and Bank of America. The company generated 448 million dollars in revenue in 2025, up from 181 million the prior year, and posted net income of 21.8 million dollars, more than double the previous year. Its order backlog stood at 1.1 billion dollars as of June 30, 2026, representing nearly 2.5 times annual revenue and ensuring visibility on future sales. Accelevation designs and installs the internal frameworks of data centers, including power distribution, liquid cooling and modular platforms, without manufacturing chips or servers. No date or price range has been disclosed yet, with the shares expected to trade under the ticker ACCV on the Nasdaq.
