PYTH’s price, after a strong rally, declined after reaching resistance at $0.079 on the middle Bollinger Band. A rejection of that area could lead to a drop toward $0.070, roughly 10% below the level at the time of writing, while the Accumulation/Distribution indicator pointed to growing selling pressure. The Parabolic Stop and Reverse confirmed rising bearish pressure, although the Aroon indicator showed that buyers still retained control. In perpetual contracts, the funding rate fell by more than 50%, from 0.0038% to 0.0016%, while deposited capital rose 3.95% to $54 million, increasing the potential risk from growing short positions.
