Asset manager Grayscale is co-hosting the first major institutional forum for decentralized perpetuals exchange Hyperliquid on October 6 at Singapore’s Raffles Hotel. The event, taking place during TOKEN2049 Singapore Week, will gather over 120 institutional representatives from 95 firms across 16 countries, including approximately 60 asset allocators managing over one billion dollars. Grayscale has filed for a Hyperliquid Staking ETF under the ticker HYPG, seeking to provide traditional investors with regulated exposure to HYPE token yields. Launched in 2023 with no venture capital funding, Hyperliquid processes hundreds of billions of dollars in monthly trading volume on its decentralized order book running on its own Layer-1 blockchain. Galaxy Digital and 21Shares are among the other notable firms associated with the event.
