Goldman Sachs reverses engines on oil-price forecasts and raises the specter of $120 per barrel crude

In just three months, Goldman Sachs analysts went from lowering their oil price forecasts to hiking them. The initial downward revision followed a memorandum of understanding between the United States and Iran. Now, given the persistent hostilities in the Strait of Hormuz, commodities research head Daan Struyven has been forced to revise his assumptions upward and raise the specter of $120 per barrel crude.
