Global Unichip Corp, the TSMC-affiliated Taiwanese chip designer, hit a new all-time high in July 2026 with net sales of NT$5.769 billion, a 158.4% year-over-year increase and a 17.1% jump from June. The stock surged 9% to reach NT$5,990, a fresh all-time high. For the first seven months of 2026, total sales reached NT$31.114 billion, representing 102.5% growth compared to the same period in 2025. This breakout is driven by GUC’s growing role as design partner for Tesla’s AI5 chip destined for humanoid robots, with turnkey mass-production services now accounting for over 80% of revenue.
