Galaxy Digital reported net income of $323 million in the third quarter of 2026, following an $85 million loss in the previous quarter. Most of the turnaround came from investment gains in the Treasury and Corporate segment, while the data center segment’s adjusted EBITDA increased from $11 million to $69 million. Consolidated adjusted EBITDA reached $455 million, total assets rose to $16.4 billion and total equity stood at $3.0 billion. The board authorized a new $200 million share repurchase after a previous program that saw the company buy back approximately 9.8 million shares in 2026. Galaxy also issued $3.5 billion of senior secured notes to finance Phase II of the Helios I data center in Texas, with deliveries expected from the second quarter of 2027, bringing its total power pipeline to more than 5.7 gigawatts and liquidity to $4.9 billion.
