Japan-listed Quantum Solutions sold an additional 1,000 ETH for $1.903 million to fund its AI data-center push, bringing total ETH sold to 1,904 ETH under the authorized policy with a ceiling raised to 4,375 ETH by the board on July 30. The company now holds 4,764.8 ETH, of which 3,050 ETH are pledged to a Singapore-based lender, leaving only 1,714.8 ETH unpledged. A gap of 756.2 ETH exists between the remaining sale authority of 2,471 ETH and current unpledged ETH. Quantum expects a loss of approximately 17 million yen due to the sale price being below the May 31 carrying value.
