Ethereum is scheduled to activate the Glamsterdam upgrade on the Hoodi testnet on October 26. This upgrade will increase the testnet’s gas limit to 200 million units. It includes changes to gas pricing for state-creation and state-access, along with broader execution and block-accounting updates. No mainnet activation date has been announced at this stage.
