Share

A participant in Ethereum’s 2014 public sale transferred 5,000 ETH in roughly two hours on October 26, according to on-chain analyst EmberCN. Of these tokens, 1,500 ETH were deposited on centralized platforms, while 3,500 were sent to other addresses. The wallet retains 45,000 ETH, valued at approximately $103.5 million at $2,300 per ETH. These movements confirm no recent sale and do not mean the investor has exited. The investor’s initial position of 100,000 ETH cost about $31,100, and half was sold in 2016 for approximately $273,500.
