Former House Speaker Paul Ryan’s American Idea Foundation is partnering with Digital Asset to test blockchain technology for social benefit distribution. The RISE program (Resources for Independence, Stability, and Employment), scheduled to launch in Q1 2027, aims to consolidate state-administered benefit payments into a unified system across three US states. The initiative will enable automatic benefit adjustments based on household income changes, real-time expenditure monitoring by authorities, and enhanced fraud prevention through immutable transaction records. Digital Asset raised 135 million dollars in 2025 to fund this ambitious government infrastructure project.
