Deutsche Bank is preparing to launch a digital asset custody service for institutional and corporate clients across Europe by the end of the year. The bank will hold wallets and private keys for Bitcoin, Ether, USDC, EURC, and EURAU, without clients needing to build their own infrastructure. USDC has approximately $74 billion in circulation, and 73% of the 350 decision-makers surveyed in a Coinbase-EY study plan to increase their digital asset allocations. The launch remains subject to regulatory approval, and tokenized financial instruments could be added later.
