This political backdrop could complicate the passage of the CLARITY Act, the crypto sector’s top legislative priority. Nevertheless, negotiations continue and Coinbase’s Chief Policy Officer expressed optimism about the bipartisan bill. According to the latest Polymarket odds, traders currently assign just 34% probability that the CLARITY Act will receive more than 60 yes votes on final passage.
