Henley & Partners released the third edition of its Crypto Adoption Index, evaluating 36 countries across six criteria for a maximum score of 60 points. Singapore retains the top spot for the fourth consecutive year with 47.1 points, followed by the United Arab Emirates (46.4 points) and Hong Kong (46.2 points). The UAE jumps from fifth to second place with a perfect 10 out of 10 on crypto taxation. France is absent from the ranking, while Italy (19th), Austria (20th), Luxembourg (21st), Portugal (23rd) and Latvia (24th) represent the European Union in the top 25.
