The political action committee Fairshake, funded by Coinbase, Ripple Labs and Andreessen Horowitz, announced it would support 32 House of Representatives candidates in the 2026 US midterm elections, including 19 Republicans and 13 Democratic incumbents. The PAC plans to spend over $100 million total, including at least $30 million in Ohio’s Senate race to back Republican Jon Husted against Democrat Sherrod Brown. The organization reported $122 million cash on hand. All 32 supported candidates voted in favor of the CLARITY digital assets bill, which failed to pass a crucial Senate vote. Fairshake plans an initial spending of $6 million for six candidates, at $1 million each.
