Clay raises $100M to target Fortune 500 customers

New York-based AI-powered sales automation startup Clay has raised $115 million in a new funding round, valuing the company at $3.1 billion. Founded in 2017, the company has grown revenue at 6x to 10x for multiple consecutive years and now counts more than 10,000 customers including OpenAI, Anthropic, Canva, Intercom, and Rippling. Clay expects to reach approximately $100 million in annual recurring revenue by the end of 2025. The round, bringing total funding to approximately $204 million, was backed by CapitalG (Alphabet), Sequoia, and Meritech. This funding marks Clay’s push to target Fortune 500 enterprise customers after years of serving smaller businesses.
