Circle will reduce crosschain transfer limits for legacy USDC starting on October 31. Pending transfers are intended to be completed before the contract is paused on December 1. Noble holders face a separate deadline to exit their positions in January. The changes therefore affect both crosschain USDC transfers and positions linked to Noble.
