Circle Mint is removing USDC and EURC overage charges starting October 19. Institutional customers can choose between Standard tier with no Circle redemption fee and Express tier charged at 0.05% of gross amount before credits. Express users who mint more than they redeem can earn credits up to 100% of redemption fees starting at 100 million dollars in positive net minting. Circle Mint remains reserved for institutions such as exchanges, banks and institutional traders.
