BTQ Technologies has completed the acquisition of QPerfect SA, a French quantum computing company based in Strasbourg, for a total consideration of approximately 18.59 million euros. The transaction, effective July 8, 2026, includes 2.02 million euros in cash and shares, plus a potential earnout of up to 5.67 million euros tied to future performance milestones. QPerfect brings two core products to BTQ: the MIMIQ quantum software emulation platform and the QLU digital twin modeling system. This acquisition enables BTQ to build a vertically integrated quantum stack, covering everything from hardware layers to post-quantum network security applications. The company, listed on Nasdaq under the ticker BTQ, also launched a Bitcoin Quantum testnet in January 2026 to test its post-quantum cryptography algorithms against simulated quantum attacks.
