Broadcom shares have fallen almost 32% from their near-$495 June 2026 record to about $342 in late October. Anthropic’s S-1 filing, submitted on October 26, disclosed $16.3 billion in first-half 2026 revenue, up more than 1,300% year over year, and $161.2 billion in noncancelable commitments tied to Broadcom equipment. Davidson upgraded the stock to Buy with a $400 target, driving a 4% gain, but investors remain concerned about customer concentration and Broadcom’s growing dependence on Anthropic.
