BlackRock’s iShares Preferred and Income Securities ETF has more than doubled its stake in Strive Inc.’s SATA preferred stock, increasing its position from roughly 101,000 to 236,159 shares, a 133% gain. This vehicle issues preferred shares paying approximately 13% annualized variable dividends, with all proceeds funneled directly into Bitcoin purchases. Strive, co-founded by Vivek Ramaswamy, now holds over 25,000 BTC and completed a $160 million SATA IPO in November 2025, with its outstanding notional value surpassing $1 billion by September 2026. SATA’s inclusion in the ICE Exchange-Listed Preferred & Hybrid Securities Index, tracked by BlackRock’s fund, grants it major institutional legitimacy, with Fidelity also among the holders.
