BitGo, a digital asset custodian, is being sued for $141 million by two entities linked to DWF Labs, a Dubai-based market maker. The plaintiffs allege that BitGo released tokens before the agreed lock-up period ended, causing their market value to decline. The lawsuit was filed around October 2, 2026 and centers on a breach-of-contract claim. BitGo has not publicly addressed the allegations as of now. This legal action adds to BitGo’s mounting legal challenges, including a dispute with Galaxy Digital over a terminated $1.2 billion merger.
