BitGo Chief Financial Officer Edward Reginelli will resign effective September 15. The digital-asset infrastructure company reported a $19 million net loss in Q2, reversing a $38.3 million profit a year earlier, despite revenue surging 79.6% to $4.33 billion. The firm cut approximately 15% of its workforce in June and expects about $15 million in annualized cash savings from operational changes. BitGo ended June with $159 million in cash and 2,523 company-owned Bitcoin valued at approximately $147.7 million, with no corporate-level debt. A formal search for Reginelli’s successor has begun.
