BitGo appoints Alex Rozman as Chief Compliance Officer

BitGo has appointed Alex Rozman as Chief Compliance Officer, effective September 21, 2026. Rozman brings over 25 years of compliance experience, most recently serving as CCO at Exodus Movement since May 2024, with prior roles at Polygon Technology and CLS Bank International. The appointment comes less than a year after BitGo secured an OCC national bank charter in December 2025. BitGo, which manages over $100 billion in digital assets and secures approximately 20% of on-chain Bitcoin transactions by value, is the largest independent custodian of digital assets. Listed on the NYSE under the ticker BTGO, the company also holds a BaFin MiCAR license in Germany, custodian status with the New York Department of Financial Services, and a Major Payment Institution License from Singapore’s Monetary Authority.
