Bitdeer Technologies has signed a 10-year AI cloud agreement in Malaysia, estimated at $6 billion over its lifetime and expected to generate approximately $1.1 billion in annual revenue. The company has built an AI cloud pipeline exceeding $7 billion. Its 9.5MW A102 data center in Malaysia is already fully committed, with a five-year contract worth approximately $400 million covering 50% of its capacity starting Q1 2027. Bitdeer also signed a 10-year lease for 21.7MW of AI cloud capacity in Johor Bahru, housing 128 NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 systems. The former Bitcoin mining company founded by Jihan Wu aims to reach up to 350MW of global AI cloud capacity by Q1 2028.
