Bitcoin Survives First Fed Rate Hike in 3 Years, Zcash Explodes Again: Market Watch

Bitcoin survived the US Federal Reserve’s first interest rate hike in three years, dropping to a monthly low of $75,000 before recovering to around $76,500. The privacy token Zcash surged over 14% to break above $1,350. Solana reached the symbolic $100 mark while the total crypto market cap gained over 1% to reach $2.610 trillion. Bitcoin’s dominance over altcoins currently stands at 58.7%.
