US spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded $101.15 million in net inflows on September 2, reversing a $236.5 million outflow from the previous day which was the largest single-day exit since late July. BlackRock’s IBIT dominated with $115.45 million in fresh capital, while Grayscale’s GBTC continued to bleed with $56.21 million in outflows as investors rotated into lower-cost alternatives. Ethereum, Solana, and XRP ETFs all posted net outflows on the same day, suggesting institutional capital is gravitating back toward Bitcoin specifically rather than digital assets broadly. Cumulative net inflows since their January 2024 debut have reached approximately $54.7 billion, with total assets between $79 billion and $97 billion. August 2024 remains the strongest month at $3.52 billion in inflows.
