Bitcoin price has a $64.5k trap as Sunday’s close forces traders between a $68k relief rally or a drop to $60k

Bitcoin is trading around $64,500 this weekend, trapped between $65,000 resistance above and $62,500 support below. A Sunday close above $65,000 would validate the level’s reconquest and open the path toward $68,000, where short-term holders could finally exit at breakeven. A close below $62,500 would weaken the higher-lows structure supporting July’s rebound and expose the historical floor at $60,000. US spot Bitcoin ETFs saw $240 million in outflows on July 24, illustrating the institutional selling pressure that can turn a support level into resistance overnight. The Fed’s July 28-29 meeting follows immediately, and ETF flows alongside risk appetite will determine whether July’s rebound has real durability or turns into a failed bottom.
