This correction follows a historic 2,000%+ rally in Zcash from lows near $50 to an all-time high above $1,485 earlier in September. Brent crude climbed above $100 per barrel, gaining more than 3% amid geopolitical tensions in the Middle East. The Federal Reserve raised its target rate by 25 basis points to a range of 3.75% to 4% on September 16, citing resilient economic activity alongside persistently elevated inflation. Zcash futures liquidations exceeded $1 million in a single session as the token slid from levels near $1,592 to as low as $1,551.
