Bitcoin falls below $84K as 10-year Treasury yield hits 19-year high

Bitcoin fell below $84,000, trading around $83,200, as the US 10-year Treasury yield reached its highest level since 2007, at around 5.11%. The odds of another Federal Reserve rate hike in October have reached 75.3%, according to the CME Group’s FedWatch tool. The US Treasury announced a bond buyback program of up to $6 billion for Thursday. Historically, Bitcoin has averaged a 19.92% gain in October.
