Strive raised 630 million dollars on Tuesday, October 20, by listing its preferred shares SATS on the Nasdaq, with an annual dividend of 15 % calculated on the 100 dollars par value. Vivek Ramaswamy’s company already purchased 1,223 BTC for 100 million dollars on October 19, bringing its total treasury to 36,818 bitcoins. Bitcoin is trading around 82,700 dollars this Wednesday, up 0.8 % over 24 hours but still stuck below the 83,000 dollars resistance despite 527 million dollars in inflows into US spot ETFs on Monday. Bitcoin accumulators are competing along the risk curve: Strategy’s STRC pays 12 %, the US 10-year yield stands at 5 %, and Strive will need to disburse approximately 105 million dollars in annual dividends for these SATS shares alone.
