Binance Alpha delisted seven tokens, namely PTB (Portal to Bitcoin), AA (ARAI), OWL (Owlto Finance), DORA, ELIZAOS (elizaOS), MEMES (memes will continue) and Ku Ku Ma (Cuo Ban Ma), after a review found that they did not meet the platform’s requirements. The decision took effect on October 23, 2026, at 09:30 UTC, but withdrawing or selling the tokens will remain possible on Binance Alpha. Binance Futures also closed all positions in the PTBUSDT and MITOUSDT perpetual contracts, with an automatic settlement, while four spot trading pairs were removed: BONK/FDUSD, JUP/FDUSD, LDO/FDUSD and WAL/BNB. Binance also launched a token-reward campaign for eligible holders of Ripple USD (RLUSD), with a prize pool of 600,000 XRP, running from October 23 to November 20, 2026. On October 21, the PHP Foundation released emergency security updates addressing two critical unauthenticated remote code execution vulnerabilities known as PHP2Shell; Binance said it had implemented preventive safeguards before the official patch was released.
