Decentralized exchange Aster launched on September 23 a perpetual futures contract tied to Oura Health’s upcoming Nasdaq IPO, allowing traders to take leveraged positions up to 20x on the Finnish smart ring maker’s expected valuation without holding actual equity. Oura is targeting a fundraising of roughly $2.2 billion with a fully diluted valuation between $14.1 billion and $15.6 billion, offering 50 million shares at $40 to $44 each. All settlements are conducted in USD1, World Liberty Financial’s dollar-pegged stablecoin, which is becoming the backbone of Aster’s real-world asset strategy. This listing follows similar pre-IPO perpetual products Aster has already launched for SpaceX and OpenAI.
