Apple’s iPhone Duo, the company’s first foldable device, is showing very strong demand at preorder. Morgan Stanley reported that the global 14-week average preorder lead time is a record, the longest of any iPhone model tracked in the last 10 years. Melius Research estimates Apple could sell at least 15 million Duo units at average selling prices between $2,000 and $3,200 in fiscal year 2027, generating approximately $40 billion in revenue. Apple crossed the $5 trillion market cap threshold for the first time last week. The stock has gained over 41% from its 52-week low of around $243 to current levels near $342.
