Anthropic has launched Claude Design, a new visual creation tool that can scan any live website URL and automatically extract its entire design system including colors, typography, spacing, and reusable components. The tool, powered by Claude Opus 4.7 model, is available for Claude Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise subscribers. It positions itself as an accessible alternative for non-designers such as founders and product managers who need to create branded prototypes without design expertise. A June 2026 update added GitHub repository integration and bidirectional connectivity with Claude Code, Anthropic’s coding tool. With this launch, Anthropic is targeting the 60 billion dollar design software market currently dominated by Figma and Canva.
