Anthropic is scheduled to make its S-1 filing public on October 26, 2026, formally launching the process for an initial public offering. Banks are targeting proceeds of up to $100 billion based on a valuation of approximately $2 trillion. In the first half of 2026, the company reported $16.3 billion in revenue, up from $1.1 billion a year earlier, but recorded an $80.7 billion net loss, including $72 billion in non-cash charges. In 2025, 47% of its revenue, or $2.16 billion, flowed through the Amazon and Google cloud marketplaces. Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs will lead the offering, while the management roadshow for institutional investors is expected to begin during the week of November 9, 2026.
