Anthropic filed its Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission on October 26, 2026 to list on Nasdaq under the ticker ANT, targeting a valuation of $1.5 trillion to $2 trillion and raising at least $100 billion. In the first half of 2026, the company generated $16.3 billion in revenue, up 1,300%, including $11.6 billion in the second quarter, when it recorded its first operating profit of $974 million. It nevertheless reported a $80.7 billion net loss for the half, driven mainly by substantial non-cash charges. Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley are leading the offering, while the founders will retain 50.1% of voting control; the prospectus also highlights more than $500 billion in long-term compute and infrastructure commitments and warns of potentially catastrophic risks associated with artificial intelligence.
