Analyzing IF Bitcoin has finally flipped to start the next 4-year price cycle

On August 27, Bitcoin gained 1.55%, pushing its price from $79,023 to $80,249, with $68.95 million in short liquidations versus $32.65 million in long liquidations. Net flows for BTC spot ETFs, which had been positive since August 17, recorded $35.3 million in outflows on that day. Bitcoin’s supply in profit/loss metric has been crisscrossing in recent weeks, historically signaling the start of a bull market in line with the traditional 4-year cycle. The 90-day moving average of the realized profit/loss indicator stands at 1.003, and unrealized losses have dropped from 25.2% in late June to 7.35%, indicating a significant reduction in financial stress on holders.
