Algorand claims the global lead in post-quantum transactions with over 2.7 million secure transfers completed on its mainnet. The blockchain has implemented a hybrid model combining classical cryptography with post-quantum signatures, earning it a « C » rating for quantum readiness, higher than Bitcoin, Ethereum and Solana which received D and F ratings respectively. However, Quantum Resistance Ledger (QRL) countered that it actually leads with over 6 million post-quantum transactions. This technological narrative has not boosted ALGO’s short-term price, with market sentiment remaining neutral. As of publication, ALGO was down 19% and could fall toward $0.10 or lower if risk-off sentiment deepens across markets.
