A7, the Russian international settlement system created by Bank PSB, will present A7 International on October 13, 2026. This service enables payments for foreign counterparty invoices in USDT, with funds arriving via a standard SWIFT transfer in the required currency. The fee is fixed at 0.3 percent, and the service targets foreign trade operators as well as individuals. Founded in 2024, A7 claims 15,000 clients and processes approximately 2,000 transactions per day across more than 100 countries. In 2025, approximately 19 percent of Russian companies’ cross-border trade settlements were processed through A7.
